Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenCrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TokenCrack provides an API gateway for language model inference. We offer token-based credits for usage of our API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account. You agree not to misuse the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or generating harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via QRIS. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Token credits do not expire (Standard plan) or expire per plan terms.

5. Rate Limits

Free tier: 10 requests/minute. Paid tier: 60 requests/minute. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain Service stability.

6. Data Privacy

We enforce a zero-data-retention policy. Input and output content is not stored or logged. Only request metadata (timestamps, token counts) is retained for billing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TokenCrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
